We are looking for an

International Management Trainee (m/f)

THE PROGRAM

• During your trainee year you will be working in 4 different TELE2 countries in Central Europe
• In each country you will complete projects allowing you to gain deep knowledge of the company and telecommunication industry
• From the first day on, you will get responsibility in a dynamic working environment
• You will experience a year packed with challenges, a very steep learning curve and a lot of fun
• You will get a mix of training on the job and a tailor-made development program
• A mentor from the TELE2 top management will guide you
• After the trainee year you will get the opportunity to take on a demanding management position within TELE2

YOUR PROFILE   

• You have recently graduated or are about to graduate (University of Economics and Business Administration)
• You have gained initial practical experience (e.g. through internships with renowned companies)
• You have international experience (through studies and/or work abroad) and are fluent in English
• You are a hands-on person, flexible and ready to take initiative
• You have very good communication skills and you are a team player
• Your thinking is both solution-oriented and creative
