A 3 star hotel on the island of Jersey (the largest of the Channel Islands) is looking for a chef de partie. Jersey is located only 22 kms from the coast of France and has many beautiful sandy beaches. Jersey has more warmth and sunshine than the rest of the UK, as it is located in the sheltered Bay of St Malo. The hotel is situated on the east of the island, just a short walk from the beach. It is popular with customers as it well known for it’s relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The successful candidate will be a chef who has good basic skills, but who also wants to learn more. This is a seasonal position until around 10th October. You will have your own room in the beautiful staff house. Food is also included. The wage is £290 per week.
