To take charge of a busy bar and restaurant with 2 other Duty Managers. The applicant will be focussed on customer care and ensuring our customers have the best time. You will have previous hospitality experience and clearly demonstrate high standards and strong personal skills. You will have strong experience either in the restaurant or bar or both. We will. pay between 17 and 22000 pa. We only work 5 straight shifts per week and are looking for the right personality above formal qualifications - but they will help. Our Duty Managers are 100 Customer focussed and in addition are responsible for the cash management and all quality aspects of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person either already in management or ready to make the move to Management. Four weeks holiday, staff meals etc provided. Pension available.
