Chef de Partie (Busy Upmarket Restaurant, Limerick)

Chef de Partie (Senior post) with 2-3 years experience required for busy a la carte restaurant in Limerick. The successful candidate will join a large brigade in maintaining the required level of service. This position requires someone with creativity, a flair and passion for food, a flexible and co-operative attitude. Attractive hours of work (no split shifts) excellent conditions and working environment. Candidates should have some experience of a busy kitchen, and a recognised trade qualification.
