Operation of a busy switchboard, meeting & greeting guests & visitors, making & revising reseravtions, processing incoming & outgoing mail, mainatining electronic & manual files, processing customer payments, dealing with enquiries & handling any com. standards of customer service & professionalism. Applicants must be smartly presented, have previous experience within a similar role & also have a full, clean driving license as well as their own transport. This role operates within a bi-weekly shift pattern ie 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00 - 22.00 over seven days & 21 days paid holiday as well as all UK bank holidays.

Full-time job working hours 07.00-15.00 and 15.00-23.00 shifts, depending on roster layout. Willing to accept CV s for anyone without experience, but the more experience the better! (Salary will depend on experience also!). Promotion prospects are very high if candidate is suitable, however, a receptionist is needed imediately to start training.

Dealing with reservations and updating bills etc. Checking guests in and out Some restaurant work. Some housekeeping maybe required. Should be competent in Word and Excell. Fluent English essential. Some basic kitchen jobs to assist chef, dish washing and plating deserts are the main duties of the job.
