We are looking for an applicant with experience at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Duties include day to day running & managing the operation of a Thai Kitchen & the preparation & production of Authentic Food; Preparing Thai home-made sauces, dips etc, so. presented to a high standard; Creating & developing menu choices, creating & producing new food recipes, monitoring & minimizing Food Waste, responsible for rotating stock & coordinating replacement of stock orders, motivating training, ensuring a high standard of care & maintenance with kitchen auxiliary equipment is maintained.
