Must have extensive previous experience of cooking with specialisation in Indian, Moghlai and Continental food items at NVQ level 3 or above. Health and Safety training will be given. Free food and accommodation will be provided. Duties include prepa. dishes and Tandoori varieties such as chicken rogan gosh, supervising the tandoori section of the kitchen, assisting and supervising the kitchen staff working in the tandoori section, preparing the ingredients required, chicken and meat to be marinated using various items mixed together, time to time inspection required to make this mixture. All tandoori dishes are thoroughly marinated in spiced yogurt to tenderise the meat and give it a seductive flavour and tantalising aroma.
