Must have relevant experience at NVQ Level 3. You should have hands on experience in Kosher style cuisine level preparation and cooking, preferably from an authentic Kosher cuisine restaurant background and the ability to consistently produce and ma. skills would be advantageous with good employment track record and menu development skills are required. Duties include control, supervision and organisation of a large kitchen in daily operations working to a strict timetable and budget. You will also be involved in the ongoing training of junior chefs in core cooking skills, implement good maintenance of food hygiene and health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
