Customer Service -- German-Speaking - Pricing - maternity cover contract

Position:Customer Service Representative Pricing Team Reporting to:Customer Service Supervisor Primary Function To work as part of the Cook Ireland Customer Service team, preparing customer quotations and updating prices while liaising with customers, the sales force and other internal departments. Responsibilities Prepare quotations received from customers and sales reps. Liaise with the sales force to set special prices, work with the Pricing Team and Tenders team to implement these agreed prices in the Tender and Order Entry systems and forward appropriate documentation to the customers. Liaise with Customer Service on a daily basis in relation to special prices on customer orders and ensure the system is updated to allow order entry at correct agreed prices. Work with the Tenders team in preparing customer quotations.
