CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST - SPANISH
The premier service provider to the global communications industry is looking for a motivated individual with BA BSc Degree or equivalent work experience in a mobile telecoms or IT sector. The successful candidate must have experience in a customer service environment, be a good team player and have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication. skills in English and Spanish. A candidate must have problem-solving, prioritization and multitasking abilities. Existing knowledge in the areas of roaming administration, rating, clearing and settlement is desirable. Full product training will be provided.
Wynagrodzenie / Umowa
Minimalne wynagrodzenie: GBP 18,000-GBP 25,000 PER ANNUM
