Engineer (Melting department) - Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie
Manpower Professional Cross Border, dla jednego ze swoich Klientów, poszukuje Kandydatów na stanowisko: Engineer (Melting department).
Opis stanowiska:
- Coordinate all melting activities
- Ensure total departmental activities are being carried out as per the daily check-list.
- Receipt of the daily pouring plan one day in advance & check
physically & arrange the scrap (alloys) one heat in advance.
- During melting stage, check on the induction meter if it is showing caution signs in frequency, voltage & kilowatts meter.
- Supervise all the activities of the Charge Hand, Melters, Helpers etc..,
- Training of the subordinates to improve their efficiency & Attending the daily production meetings.
- Coordinate effectively with the Moulding In charge & ensure to optimize the metal melted during that heat.
- To maintain a log book with regard to the work carried out,
difficulties in completing the job, reasons for not able to complete the
work etc..,& to ensure for efficient production rate.
- To ensure proper house-keeping of the respective work area at the end of each shift.
Wymagania:
- university degree (engineering studies)
- 5-8 years of experience on the similar position
- knowledge of chemical and alloy compositions
- effective coordination skills
- very good knowledge of English
