Quality Control Manager - Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie
Manpower Professional Cross Border, dla jednego ze swoich Klientów, poszukuje Kandydatów na stanowisko: Planning Engineer.
Opis stanowiska:- coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Quality department,
develop quality standards for the organisation’s raw materials, in
process products, finished products and design, implement the
measures, test and other procedures that ensure these standards are
met
- meet all requirements spelled out in quality manual such as:
- Enquiry / Order review.
- Vendor analysis for materials.
- Statistical analysis of quality.
- Quality audits.
- Identify training needs to improve quality.
- Equipment calibrations.
- Quality records.
- Management review of quality system.
- Raw material quality – etc.
- carry out detailed study of customers purchase order
requirements and assist planning in generation of works order to
meet customer expectations
- carry out laboratory functions such as chemical analysis,
physical testing, microinstructure analysis, test certification
etc.., and maintain records
- Co-ordination with external Inspection agencies, and generate detailed inspection reports
- conduct daily, weekly and monthly quality review meetings
- Control of special process such as heat treatment & welding in accordance with requirements of ISO 9002
Wymagania:
- university degree (engineering studies)
- 5-8 years of experience on the similar position
- ASNT-LEVEL II & NDT Certifications
- effective leadership & presentation skills
- very good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
