Planning Engineer
Manpower Professional Cross Border, dla jednego ze swoich Klientów, poszukuje Kandydatów na stanowisko: Planning Engineer.
Opis stanowiska:- Responsible for providing the monthly production (pouring and
dispatch) plan with the help of the schedules, sample plan raw
material consumption plan.
- Follow up of the production for achieving the plan, prioritizing samples and critical items in production.
- Preparation of Raw materials consumable plan, fettling and dispatch plan based on the customer priority.
- Reviewing of the plan status on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the dispatch and QC depts. to make sure that the relevant documents accompany dispatches.
- Provide statistical information in all aspects of production including product mix analysis.
- Preparing daily, monthly production performance reports.
- Analyze WIP, prepare monthly WIP, finished and non-moving
statement of castings, physical identification and reconciliation
of records.
- Prepare excess castings stock, non-moving castings stock
statement and forward to sales dept. every month to initiate
further actions.
Wymagania: - university degree (engineering studies)
- 5 years of experience on the similar position
- thorough knowledge of manufacturing, international standards, patterns and sample development
- knowledge of foundry production process, machine capacities, specification and grades
- Customer Requirements Inspection and testing knowledge
- very good English, both written and verbal
