TEAM TRACKERS ist ein welfweit übergreifend tätiges Kundenservicecenter der Air France Gruppe. Wir offerieren den Gästen der Airlines und Hotelketten über eine Servicehotline Unterstützung bei Problemen betreffend Gepäck, Treueprogramme sowie Buchung von Flugtickets und überdies darüber hinausgehenden Kundenservice.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting and providing information to customers in the field of loyalty programs - hotel & airline business  
  • Working with special hotel and airline applications/ databases  
  • Claims intake, claims processing and claims management  
  • Calculation of compensation files and authorization of payments  
  • Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures 

We require:

  • Fluency in Polish, French (or German) and English languages is a must  
  • Experience from administration is an advantage  
  • Very good communication skills  
  • Ability to provide perfect customer service  
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability and responsibility  
  • Time flexibility
