INTERNATIONAL TRAINEE PROGRAMME FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS
Together with our Spanish mother company FCC, ALPINE Bau is one of the largest construction companies in Europe. We are launching an international trainee programme, focused on CEE countries. The participants will be prepared to be future site managers and to play a significant role in our international construction business.
The offer:
* 18 months program that prepares you for a position at an international construction site.
* Combination of responsible job assignments at international sites, internal departments and class-room training.
* Opportunity to build your own network within ALPINE and FCC Construcción (ALPINE‘s main shareholder).
* An understanding of how construction business works and it‘s legal, technical and commercial aspects.
Requirements:
* You have a master‘s degree in Civil Engineering.
* A high degree of mobility and the willingness to work internationally.
* Excellent skills in English.
* At least conversational skills in German or Spanish.
* Ideally an origin background or language skills of any CEE or CIS country.
