Customer Service Specialist with German - Logistic
Location: Poznań
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving,
checking and processing (scheduling) all transport orders coming from
customers/requestors
- Handling over non-scheduled orders
- Respond to
routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered
- Track the status
of orders in the Transport Management System and communicate issues and
solutions
- Maintain
communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to
respond on their needs
- Support organization
in optimization transport and logistic projects
Requirements:
- University
degree (min. Bachelor’s degree)
- Some experience
in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within
logistic area are also very welcomed
- Very good English language skills
- Very good German
language skills are required
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a
multicultural environment
- Customer service mindset
- High level of
analytical skills & ability to work under pressure
- Team player with
creativity, engagement high level of multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel
