Learning Specialist for HR Talent&Recruitment Legal

We’re looking for someone like that who can:– support the T&R Legal, Risk & Compliance team with their strategic project portfolio – perform PMO responsibilities for ongoing projects– maintain Sharepoint / Connections site and program communication materials– run assigned e-learning projects from A to Z– perform maintenance activities for training programs and initiatives such as Cross-border etc. – manage processes related to surveys in collaboration with Reporting & Analytics and program managers – perform maintenance activities for training programs and initiatives such as Cross-border etc. – provide input to presentations and be responsible for design and formatting– manage the meeting agenda and documentation of the governance bodyYour teamYou’ll be working in the HR T&R Legal, Risk and Compliance team in Krakow Green Office as a part of the UBS University Global Team. Your role is to support one or more Senior Program Managers with the implementation and execution of learning and development programs all around the world, and in the ongoing maintenance of core activities.
Meet some of the Kraków HR team! Your experience and skillsYou have:– worked in a Learning & Development environment with project or program management and e-learning experience for at least 2-3 years in an international environment– an understanding of what it takes to run successfully complex projects / L&D programs
You are:– open for new challenges– good in dealing with stakeholders, including senior managers– detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills– eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams– conscientious and resilient – independent in the way of thinking, proactive performer that informs transparently– a savvy user of project management tools and techniques incl. Sharepoint and Connections– ready to take on responsibility for assigned portfolio from the first days in a new role– eager to apply and develop your skills and competencies further– a good communicator– fluent in English (German is a plus)
