Main accountabilities

Supporting current recruitment department tasks and processes
Inserting candidates’ applications into a system
Prescreening and re-assigning candidates’ applications to relevant recruiter
Scheduling phone interviews with candidates
Posting job advertisements at the universities and on external websites
Reporting

Candidate’s profile

Very good knowledge of English
Knowledge of French or German would be an asset
Attention to details
Good communication skills
Teamwork aproach
MS Office skills
