Currently we are looking for candidates for a position of:
Customer Care Consultant with German
Miejsce pracy: Sczecin
Responsibilities:
· answer inbound customer calls
· provide support to the customer within requested area
· advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
· cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
· check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
Requirements:
· excellent communication skills in German
· good command of English (speech and writing)
· availability to work in the shift system
· knowledge of MS Office package
