· Managing portfolio of assigned Customers
· Account reconciliation & advisory
· Query management & disputes resolution
· Interacting with Client's various parties & entities
· Building & maintaining relationship with assigned Customers & representatives
Candidate’s profile· Fluent Danish and very good English is required
· Multitasking & meeting deadlines
· Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
· Customer service skills
· Experience in finance / accounting / customer service would be an asset
