E-Communication Monitoring Associate (German/French/Italian Speakers)

The team has been set up in response to increased regulatory focus on electronic communication and firms' responsibility to be in control over the risk of communication media misuse. As a part of the Team, you will be responsible for supporting Monitoring & Surveillance function in market conduct alerts monitoring. You will watch the way our organization treats our customers, how we operate in the market and what our behavior towards our counterparts is. You will be checking e-mails on a daily basis and your monitoring activity will contribute to delivering fair customer outcomes and maintaining market integrity. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Conducting electronic communication reviews, closing out the daily alerts thoroughly in a timely manner 
• Ensuring issues identified are fully investigated and promptly actioned 
• Contributing to various strategic department projects 
• Tracking regulatory changes that may have implications on the teams work 

Requirements: 
• Bachelor or Master Degree 
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Excellent written and spoken German / French / Italian 
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team 
• Strong attention to details
