For our client - international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for:

Accounts Payable Team Leader

Based: Warsaw / Janki

Responsibilities:
Managing and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team
Monitoring and analyzing team performance KPIs
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions
Providing technical guidance and support to team members
Participating in process improvement projects
Cooperation with Experts in multinational environment
Coordination and creation of process documentation and process maps
Performing other duties connected with AP area
Training new employees


Qualifications:
Experience of leading an accounting team is a must
Very good command of English
SAP FI experience
University degree
Excellent leadership skills
