On behalf of our Client, international company providing services to external customers, we are currently looking for person for the position of:

Service Desk Agent
 

Ref. NO.: SDA/04/2015

Location: Łódź

Main responsibilities:                                                         

• Receiving calls at the Service Desk ensuring standards of Service Desk are followed;
• Maintaining customer accounts in an organized manner;
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships;
• Verifying customer balances and dues;
• Responding and resolving customer related issues and problems;
• Identifying new requests that are not Incidents and managing them appropriately.

 
Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English;
• Good (written and spoken) communication skills;
• Basic service and technical knowledge;
• Flexible approach;
• Customer focused;
• Teamwork.
