Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service to UK customers on a daily basis
- Handling with client's requests and queries via phone and e-mail
- Providing timely solution and high quality of customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Communication skills
- Experience in customer service would be an asset
- Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
