Responsibilities:

·         1st line support and advisory of international customers

·         Diagnosing and resolving technical issues 

·         Providing high quality of solutions of reported problems

·         Redirecting problems to appropriate departments

·         Providing high quality of customer service

 

Requirements:

·         Fluent French/German/Danish/Dutch/Swedish

·         Fluent English

·         Customer orientation and good communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Interest or experience in IT will be an asset

·         Ability to work shift hours
