Responsibilities:

·         Handling customer phone calls and addressing their issues in a timely manner

·         Creating new accounts and adding new users to existing accounts and updating necessary changes

·         Providing timely solution, updating cases

·         Providing high quality of customer service and addressing their issues in a timely manner

·         Adhering to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters

 

Requirements:

·         Very good German or French

·         Good English

·         Communication skills

·         Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-player

·         Interested in changing shift timings

·         Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
