For the support of our Global Customer Care Center (GCCC) we are looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Customer Care Consultant (French or German)
Our requirements:
Fluent spoken French or German
Good command of English (speaking and writing)
Knowledge of MS Office package
Willingness to work in the shift system
Your job description:
Answer inboud customer calls
Provide support within requested area
Advice customer on appropriate actions
Cooperate with upper levels of technical and service engineers
Check quality of service tickets in customer service application
