Responsibilities:

·         Responding to customer queries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner

·         Escalating disputes/issues to appropriate people contacts/departments with complete information

·         Contacting Clients AP department  of aged invoice as per the procedure

·         Regular contact with internal client

 

Requirements:

·         Fluent French language

·         Good English language

·         Commitment and constant learning abilities

·         Work experience in Customer Service or University degree in Finance&Accounting area would be an asset
