For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: AP Associate with Swedish, Finnish or Danish.

Responsibilities:

·         Processing vendor invoices

·         Processing all system and bank payments

·         Checking for incorrect or incomplete data

·         Transfer of invoices to the accounting system

·         Adhering to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters

·         Responding to customer queries, answering calls and e-mails

 

Requirements:

·         Very good Swedish, Finnish or Danish language skills

·         Very good English language skills

·         Communication skills, attention to details

·         Ability to successfully handle multiple task

·         Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similar would be an asset
