For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: IT Client Support with French/Italian/German.

Responsibilities:

·         1st line support and advisory of international customers  - IT related problems

·         Registration and classification of queries

·         Diagnosing and resolving technical issues 

·         Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests 

·         Providing high quality of solutions of reported problems in a timely manner

·         Redirecting problems to appropriate departments

·         Providing high quality of customer service

 

Requirements:

·         Fluent English and French/Italian/German

·         Strong interest in IT

·         Good Microsoft Office knowledge

·         Customer orientation and good communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Responsibility, good organization of work, teamwork skills

·         Ability to work shift hours
