For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Client Assistant with French, German or Dutch.

 

Location: Katowice

 

Responsibilities:

·         Handling with clients’ requests and queries via phone and e-mail

·         Providing timely solution of reported problems

·         Registration and classification of customers’ queries

·         Analyzing problems related to computer daily service

·         Providing high quality of customer service

 

Requirements:

·         Fluent French or German

·         Good English

·         Communication skills

·         Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office

·         Responsibility, good organization of work, teamwork skills

·         Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
