For our Client, International organization that provides multinational professional services in the area of finance, accountancy, tax, consulting and advisory services, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Senior Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities
• Manage supplier selection process using RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s,
• Prepare & manage supporting documentation for Contracts & PO’s ,
• Performing end to end procurement process mapping,
• Understand end to end procurement process of the country/region and suggest work flow, tools requirement and assist in tool design,
• Look at the policy requirements and operationalise the process,
• Analytics - perform competitive bid analysis and analyse cost/financial information.
Requirements:
• Well versed with Sourcing, Supplier Management,
• Good knowledge about procurement tools and workflow, procedures,
• Industry acumen - Knowledge a Senior Procurement Specialistnd experience in procurement, ability to engage with stakeholders and supplier’s regarding category, pricing and delivery,
• Problem- Solving - ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, implement alternative solutions,
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement function and Supply Chain Management
• Experience in Procurement
• Communication skills - excellent verbal, written, presentation skills in English;
• Advanced PC Skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
