For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Import Brokerage Rater (night shift). Nr ref.:JO-1409-294148 Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Merchandise classification (rating) according to Customs regulation
- Analysing shipping documents mainly into English and determine validity of preferential treatments or certificates of origins (i.e. EFTA declarations, CITES certificate, import license)
- Extracting pertinent information from the importer database to perform accurate rating
- Using Tariff Splitter Tool to determine best merchandise classification
- Calculating VAT and import duties on shipments
Requirements:
- Fluent French
- Very good English language skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Flexibility and strong attention to detail
- Possibility of working on Saturdays
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Knowledge about products classification
