IT Support for German Speakers

For our Client, International IT, we are looking for candidates for the position of: IT Support for German Speakers
Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
- Provide first line support, updating service desk tickets
- Manage any requests in a timely and effective manner
- Perform remote take-over to solve problem
- Create and maintain positive relations with clients
- MS Office, Windows, LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in IT
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work various shifts
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
