Junior Learning Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

• Take responsibility for the coordination of all assigned learning programs and courses 
• Manage the booking of all internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and materials for trainers, facilitators and participants 
• Ensure print materials are ordered and delivered in a timely and accurate manner 
• Set up programs and courses on the learning management system (MyCampus) and manage training data to enable thorough participation and cancellation reporting 
• Manage relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by managing their expectations through effective delivery
• Responsible for administering all eLearning training on the MyCampus system 
• Respond to client requests via email and phone and be second level support contact on day-to-day training administration and delivery matters

Requirements: 
• BA degree (graduates welcomed) 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team 
• Customer focus 
• Advanced MS Office skills 
• Aptitude for learning new IT systems and tools (talent development and assessment tools, booking tools) 

Additional assets: 
• Previous customer sevice/shared service centre background welcomed but not essential
