Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist (BPO/SSC)

Main duties on the position involve:

• Providing input and generating reports for monthly governance meeting on Service Delivery with service provider. Compliance with SLA and follow up on actions for deviations.
• Helping Continuous Improvement Manager in administrations with the countries in terms of monitoring and implementing CI projects
• Participating in process alignment workshops and gaps analysis between the processes delivered from Operating Center Katowice, documenting the outcome of such workshops and presenting the ideas to CI Manager
• Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvements based on either the process walkthroughs done by SMEs in P2P Katowice Team or by CI Analyst and/or CI Manager.
• Helping in documenting the CI methodology
• Reporting and analyzing SLA/OLA/KPIs 
• Playing a role of Project Management Officer for CI projects (overseeing project progress, chasing stakeholders for providing inputs on time, securing proper documentation of the CI projects)
• Supporting P2P Manager or CI Manager in terms of all needed calculations for proper CI project estimation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Continuous Improvement project experience within finance/accounting area  (BPO/SSC)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Second language would be an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Knowledge of MS VBA would be an asset
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Willingness to provide the highest levels client service
