Operational Risk Reporting Specialist (IB COO)
In this role you will be enabling senior management to make decisions by delivering reports and analysis concerning various risk metrics within the Investment Bank. It is an opportunity to gain insight into risk management, join a team of talented analysts and cooperate closely with senior managers in UBS. This position is located in our office in Zabierzów. Working hours: 8:30-17.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing, analysing and distributing operational risk reports
• Guiding senior managers on reporting tools usage
• Improving reporting tools by collecting the feedback and cooperation with IT on implementation
Requirements:
• Very good written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and VBA
• Stakeholder management – proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships
• Strong data analytics and management reporting skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent focus on adhering to standards and ensuring quality of service
• Outstanding customer service, negotiation skills and a dedication to the customer service
• Analytical background
• Understanding operational risk, databases, management reporting
• Continuous Improvement mind set – constantly improve reports, visualization methods and productions methods.
Additional asset:
• Cognos, Business Object, Tableau – reporting tool knowledge
• Experience in preparing management reports
