Financial Accounting Manager

Workplace: Wroclaw

Responsibilities:

 

•          Support company’s financial operations across the whole world.
•          Delivery of accurate and timely information to Finance teams and other key stakeholders.
•          Managing the team coaching, developing and motivating a team of accounting specialists through effective people management practices in order optimize the performance of  every  team member
•          Will be responsible for such teams as: Back Office Credit Control team, Cash Processing team, Reconciliation team, Accounting team

Requirements:

 

•           Accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
•            Fluent English both oral and written language skills.
•            Knowledge of second European language would be an asset
•            Proven experience leading a large team in a financial services environment (BPO/SSC/ business)
•            First class report writing skills, ability to develop and present ideas and reasoned arguments clearly and concisely to various audiences
•            Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group (if applicable)
•            Computer literate including working knowledge of MS Office and other software e.g. SAP.
•            Inquisitive mind with strong analytical skills 
•            Good organisational skills with the ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment
•            Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
