Junior Data Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for preparing reports in the area of management information systems and providing them to senior management. You will work in cooperation with different UBS functions in redesigning processes, tools and their maintenance of those aiming at high quality management information. This position is located in Kraków Business Park in Zabierzów.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting, analysing, checking, reconciling and reporting different types of data
• Cooperating with senior stakeholders to understand, enhance process and tools supporting information gathering
• Designing, building, maintaining documenting tools and processes
Requirements:
• BA degree or Master degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline, management) or relevant working experience
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to think outside of the box with problem solving mind set
• Attention to details
Additional assets:
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of MS Access databases and programming - Visual Basic for Applications or JAVA
