Application Access Controller

Responsibilities: 
• Acting as an initial point of contacts for a set of business applications 
• Managing overall application security compliance covering confidentiality, integrity and records management 
• Collaborating with the respective technical application owners regarding information security requirements 
• Ensuring records retention and archiving requirements for applications are implemented as set out by the Business 
• Maintaining application classification 
• Managing access for business systems: 
• Review and approve/reject requests for access to applications 
• Periodically review (at least annually) access rights allocated to users to ensure appropriate 
• Ensure mover and leaver events are triggered and addressed on a timely basis 
• Maintaining application profile metadata 
• Supporting IT in defining entitlements and access profiles 
• Managing business roles in support of role-based access controls

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment 
• Proven data analytics capabilities and analytical background 
• Strong report writing skills and problem solving skills 
• Computer literate with an advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
• Good communication skills 
• Proven ability to work well as part of a team 
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management and information security principles 

Additional assets: 
• Financial services knowledge 
• Knowledge of SQL/Access
