Operational Risk Reporting Specialist
In this role you will be enabling senior management to make decisions by delivering reports and analysis concerning operational risk in UBS. It is an opportunity to gain insight into operational risk management, join a team of talented analysts and cooperate closely with operational risk managers and controllers. This position is located in our office in Zabierzów.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing, analysing and distributing operational risk reports
• Guiding senior managers on reporting tools usage
• Improving reporting tools by collecting the feedback and cooperation with IT on implementation
Requirements:
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good organisational skills and ability to co-ordinate a team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and VBA
• Stakeholder management – proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships
• Strong data analytics and management reporting skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent focus on adhering to standards and ensuring quality of service
• Outstanding customer service, negotiation skills and a dedication to the customer service
• Analytical background
• Understanding operational risk, databases, management reporting
• Being a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion

• Tableau – reporting tool knowledge
