HR Intern
We are looking for HR Intern willing to learn and grow with the start-up IT company.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job analysis and competence profiles to selection of candidates.
- Preparing selection methods (application forms, job samples, practical tests etc.) in cooperation with IT specialists as well as conducting job interviews.
- Use of recruitment system - Talent Bridge.
- Counseling internal communication, motivation issues and team development.
- Preparing competence system (to clearly show team's skills to clients in IT services business).
- Work partly in English.
- Other tasks may occur in near future, too.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of what the competence is and how to measure it.
- Objectivity in the assessment.
- At least basic knowledge about preparing end-to-end recruitment process.
- English written and spoken at least on B1 level, B2 is nice to have.
- Pro-activity - going beyond the expected standards, adding a unique contribution to a project without waiting for guidance.
- Good teamwork skill - willing and ability to effective cooperation, not only stand-alone work.
- Good communication competence - accurate and up to date, both live and remotely.
Nice to have:
- Wide knowledge about motivation, cognitive processes and communication issues.
- Familiarity with various selection methods.
- Previous experience (internship in HR or equivalent).
