Graphics Designer (temporary)
You will be responsible for creating complex PowerPoint Presentations with Excel charts following the UBS design guidelines. Designing collateral, such as newsletters, posters and factsheets to high standard so that they are visually appealing and accurately reflect the UBS brand. Once trained on UBS templates, guidelines and design standards you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to agreed timelines. This position is based in our office in KBP Zabierzów.
The contract will be for part time till end of August with possibility of full time extension to March 2015 (maternity cover).
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and prepare Word documents and presentation slides using PowerPoint and Excel
• Prepare layouts for marketing collateral, and ensures delivery and execution
• Quality check according to manuscripts
Requirements:
• BA or MA degree
• Very good written and spoken English
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good knowledge of graphic design tools (for example Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and employ technical skills and knowledge to check for accuracy and consistency in layout and text formatting
• Eagerness to learn creative designer tools
Additional asset:
• Very good written and spoken German
