IT Data Analyst
You will join UBS Corporate Centre IT Risk Operations and Remediation Office team, which provides a multitude of services to the Operational Risk Mangers within the Bank, including: Operational Risk Framework (ORF) related activities such as risk analysis and reporting, metrics collection and standards management.
As IT Data Analyst you will work with IT Risk and IT streams managers. You will be responsible for collecting data from different sources and formulate conclusions based on gathered information. You will be also support for senior IT Risk management by creating presentations and detailed analysis.
Responsibilities
• Process transition and detailed analysis of client requirements
• Finding areas for improvement and driving changes
• Creating regular and ad hoc reports
• Conducting analysis and graphical presentation of the data (in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations in senior management compatible presentations
Requirements
• University degree
• Very good spoken and written English
• Up to 2 years of professional experience (preferable IT background)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
