Junior IT Business Analyst/Risk Process Analyst
The function of the Platform Services team within UBS Group Technology is to support the IT operating model, to build out a forward-looking application and infrastructure landscape, to maintain a clear focus on risk and infrastructure stability and to provide total transparency to the end consumer of IT services.
To help fulfill these objectives, Platform Services is looking to create a new team within the Poland Service Center that will support Risk Management activities across Platform Service and Operations globally. As a member of that team, you would be involved in overseeing a large portfolio of risks end-to-end: risk initiation, tracking and reporting to various stakeholders, preparing SET (Sustainable, Effective, Testable) evidence for risk closure.
Interested candidates would need to be able to organize the workload responding to peaks in reporting requirements (end of month/quarter/year). Candidates should be comfortable with reporting to various forums and to eventually run status meetings pulling together risk subject matter experts (SMEs).

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a shared mailbox for self-identified risks coming from a Risk Shareholder requiring a remediation effort
• Register the risk and pass it to the Operations &Services Risk Team to perform a risk assessment
• Define issues and action plans and perform a dependency analysis with other risks
• Provide support for standard and ad-hoc reporting to various stakeholders
• Collect evidence and determine sustainability of the risk at time of closure
Requirements
• University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar
• Very good organization skills and ability to prioritize own workload
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. German is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deal with various stakeholders
