Junior Data Analyst
As a Junior Data Analyst in our Krakow team you will play a pivotal role in reporting on business management information to our onshore partners. Your main responsibility in this role will be to collaborate with colleagues in different locations in order to deliver reports to the senior management.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and publishing regular and ad hoc reports
• Day to day communication with onshore partners to agree requirements
• Data gathering from onshore partners, colleagues and Subject Matter Experts as well as various databases
• Conducting analysis and graphical presentation of the data (in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Supporting senior managers with follow-up clarification/questionsRequirements:
• Previous experience in multinational environment or equivalent role
• BA degree preferably in a quantitative discipline
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel i.e. comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, if statements, etc (macro is a plus)
• Very good knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to multitask in order to handle multiple things at the same time
• Able to grasp and maintain the full picture
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
Additional assets:
• Knowledge of MS Access
