Data Protection Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing confidential data in the Data Loss Protection (DLP) tool that enables UBS to reduce the risk of the unintentional disclosure of information. As a part of the team, you will closely cooperate with Wealth Management Americas (WMA) division by reporting incidents directly to the onshore team.
This role will require from you to work in a rotating two shifts pattern:
2.00 pm – 10.30 pm and 3.30 pm – 0.00
Responsibilities:
• Monitor emails or events that are captured in the DLP console to determine if a data breach has occurred (according to rules and policies)
• Escalate reviewed incidents to WMA team in Jersey City
• Assist in additional supervision projects/reviews
Requirements
• BA degree
• Very good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to learn new systems and solutions quickly
• Previous experience in multinational environment would be an asset
