Junior Risk Control Analyst

– coordinate selected operational risk processes and activities– collect data from internal sources to provide regular and ad-hoc analysis / reports– develop and improve various remediation processes to decrease potential risks across the bank and sharpen internal controls' environment– provide operational risk managers with advisory services– create new and enhance existing process documentation


We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
– Coordinating selected operational risk processes and activities, close cooperation with the onshore team– Collecting data from internal sources to provide regular and ad-hoc analysis / reports– Developing and improving various remediation processes to decrease potential risks across the bank and sharpen internal controls' environment.– Providing operational risk managers with advisory services– Create new and enhance existing process documentation You’ll be working in the Risk Reporting Management Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to manage Operational Risk focusing on risk analysis and reporting, risk information management and control performance facilitation. You will work directly with the Risk Mangers from around the world.
You have:- a university degree- analytical and creative problem solving skills- ability to provide practical solutions- a “can do” attitude -strong attention to details- effective internal client's management skills 
You are:- fluent in English - organized and able to manage your own time- prepared to take ownership of tasks assigned - a great communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills (and you know how to handle challenging situations)About usExpert advice.
