C&ORC Enquiry Management Team Lead

 – act as the first line for compliance related enquiries – deliver a service to employees globally in a timely manner– ensure supporting knowledge is up to date and fit for purpose– identify process improvements to help enhance the service
You’ll be working in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control Enquiry Management team in Krakow, Poland. Our role is to provide a first line response to compliance related enquiries from employees across all business divisions and all regions. We help by providing answers to the simple questions and manage the maintenance of the supporting knowledge repository.
You have:– a Bachelor's degree in a business, languages or a communications related subject– at least 2 years' experience of leading a team in a customer support or customer service focused role – the flair and ability to write concise but impactful responses in English and GermanAbout usExpert advice.
