Proto Engineer - GRADUATE

 

 

Function description:

Within ASML the Sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specification and the design of the ASML products. The department Proto Engineering is responsible for operating and maintaining test tools and systems used to verify the design concept at a system level. Contribute towards an optimal design for the complete product and the creation of the product documentation necessary for pilot production.

 

You will be responsible for a proto machine and have to integrate new developed technologies into the existing machines, test them and give test rapports back to the research department.

 

We are looking for:

·        Recent graduate or a person who just started a career in system test engineering

·        Has technical university Bachelor or Master education (Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, Electronics preferred)

·        Is looking for a long term starting position within the High-Tec industry at ASML with great development potential

·        Someone who has:

o      interest in the High-Tec industry

o      good English language skills

o      knowledge of SAP system (preferred)

o      hands-on mentality

o      good social skills and communication

·        Work 24 hours get paid for 40 hours

·        Shift work, 2 shifts (6.00 till 14.30 / 14.00 till 22.30) on weekly change

 

It is your job to keep the machine in perfect state by:

·        Monitor the PM (Preventive Maintenance) parameters and carry out PM actions

·        Keep machine configuration up to date

·        Maintain problem list

·        Implement required FCO’s (Field Change Order)

·        Carry out and/or assist the development actions on the machines

·        Provide competency support in case of escalation by team members

·        Feedback actual machine utilization to the planner

·        Ensure efficient use of machines, escalate in case of problems to group leader or Proto Integrator

·        Transfer machine status and problem list to next shift if applicable
